Submission Guide

Step 1

Set up your CGS account

Use the website’s registeration facility to set up your account. You can also sign in with Gmail.

Step 2

Select your preferred grading service

Use the website’s registeration facility to set up your account. You can also sign in with Gmail.

Step 3

Make Payment

Add your card details and pay. You can also use Paypal.

Step 4

Register your card

Enter your card details and save it to the CGS Database.

Step 5

Save the Card Reference and Order Number

We recommend using a sticker on top loader with the reference number

Step 6

Dispatch your card to us

Send Return Address, Order and Reference Numbers in your dispatch

Make sure Return Address is the same as registered in account.

You can track the grading status of your card in “My Orders” and “My Graded Cards” pages. Once a card is marked Dispatched from our end, you can view its grade after logging in to your account.
